Examination and Internship Department
The department does not have access to your overview of marks, so if you have any specific questions regarding your personal academic records and results, or matters relating to examinations and placements, please contact your designated point of contact at the Examinations Office.
The Examinations Office is also responsible if you wish to withdraw from an examination that has already begun (e.g. a seminar paper or a presentation following the allocation of the topic); see Section 31(2) of the ASPO.
For enquiries regarding certifications, certificates, orphans’ pensions, re-registration, e-payments and fees, please contact Ms Liane Barth or Mr Stefan Seifert-Geyer at pruefung-internship@hm.edu .
Even after you have completed your studies at Hochschule München, we are still here to help. The alumni team can advise you on who to contact at HM if you have lost your degree certificate, need proof of student status for pension insurance purposes, cannot find your certificate of withdrawal from the university, require documents to be certified, and much more.
