Research
At the Department of Applied Social Sciences, research is practice-oriented and transdisciplinary, and contributes to the empirically grounded addressing of societal challenges. Research and teaching are intertwined through practice-based research projects and student-led teaching research. Since 2022, the Society, Health and Education Research Center (SHE:RC) has been pooling existing research expertise to pursue a wide range of research approaches and cross-cutting themes.
Research projects
In addition to research projects funded by external funds, there is also accompanying academic research into practical projects and student-led teaching research.
