Knowledge transfer and professional development often go hand in hand. New scientific findings and evolving practical needs make it necessary for skilled workers to undertake further training. We have a wide range of formats available for this purpose, and we would be happy to discuss how to implement them with you: from in-house training and micro-credentials to university certificates and extra-occupational master's degree programmes.

Needs assessment and advanced training in psychiatric services

In collaboration with the Education Commission of the Bavarian Psychiatric Crisis Service and the Bavarian Districts’ Educational Institute, we are conducting a needs assessment and developing continuing professional development programmes, whilst providing empirical support for these initiatives. Modular Course in Practical Nursing Supervision

Through a modular course – which can also receive academic credit transfer for the master's degree programme in Advanced Nursing Practice – those interested can acquire the pedagogical qualifications and methodological skills required to competently design the practical component of nursing training or nursing degree programmes using creative methods. Child protection for managers and specialist staff

In collaboration with Caritas Eichstätt and Regensburg, Diakonie Rosenheim and Traunstein, and the Landshut District Youth Welfare Office, training and further education programmes are being developed and delivered for managers and specialist staff at childcare centres on the topics of child protection and data protection.
