Formats for dialogue and forums for exchange with practitioners

"In Dialogue"

In collaboration with the Catholic Foundation University, we regularly organise expert discussions and events under the ‘Im Dialog’ programme, focusing on political challenges and relevant topics in social work (e.g. the shortage of skilled workers in social work). Contact persons: Prof. Michael Nitsch, Prof. Dr. Gerd Stecklina, Prof. Dr. Gabriela Zink, Prof. Jan Wienforth

Social Work Working Group

Our department’s Social Work working group runs a blog and regularly organises specialist conferences and professional exchanges for the community, for example on the topic of ‘Poverty as a (largely invisible) cross-cutting issue in research, teaching and practice?’

"Practical Day"

On ‘Practice Day’, practice partners introduce themselves at the Pasing Campus, give short talks about their work or current topics in their field of practice, and engage in discussions with the students. If you represent a partner organisation and are interested in taking an active part, please feel free to contact: Contact persons: Birgit Baumeister, Dipl. Soz.päd. (university of applied sciences), and Norbert Schindler, Dipl. Soz.Päd. (university of applied sciences)
